Phat Dat Commences Construction of District-3 Headquarter
On the morning of 24th December 2020, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (Ticker: PDR) commenced the construction of its headquarters at No. 39 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC. The headquarters building is situated in an area of 673.5 m2, including 10 office floors (excluding a mezzanine and a rooftop sheltering the lifts.)
This building marks an important milestone in PDR’s “speedy and sustainable” developmental journey to become a conglomerate. The building – the future PDR’s headquarters in response to the company’s growth & expansion and the enhancement of a working environment for the employees, is expected to be completed and put into operation in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
During 16 years of establishment and development, Phat Dat has been ceaselessly making breakthroughs toward remarkable targets and sealing new heights in the real estate industry.
