Phat Dat in collaboration with Central to build the symbolic Astral City in the “industrial capital” Binh Duong Province

On 16th June 2021, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (stock code: PDR) signed a cooperation agreement with Central Construction JSC. Accordingly, Central is the general constructor in charge of the designing and construction of Astral City – the luxurious commercial and apartment complex in Thuan An City (Binh Duong province.) The signing ceremony was carried out briefly in strict compliance with Directive 15/CT-TTG on Covid-19 prevention and control.

Per the agreed scope, Central is in charge of all the designs, construction, and completion of the 2 projects in the Astral City complex including the commercial and apartment Binh Duong I & II.
