Phat Dat is one of Vietnam’s Top 10 Impressive Growth Brands 2022

On 12th October 2022, the award ceremony of “Vietnam Excellent Brands 2022” was held in Hanoi with numerous participants from the business community. Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) was honored in the “Top 10 Impressive Growth Brands”.

“Vietnam Excellent Brands” is an annual award organized by VnEconomy. This year, the program features ‘Establish and Develop Vietnam’s Green Brands’ to recognize and honor reputable and effective businesses who has gained many achievements in recovering and developing business activities after the severe impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Winning brands have demonstrated their vision, mission and plans for green transformation, digitalization, sustainability, and enhancement of human values.

With the results of the voting board, industry survey, media evaluation, and readership, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation was honored in the “Top 10 Impressive Growth Brands 2022”. This recognition is worthy of the company’s outstanding accomplishments during the last year.

Over the course of 18-year development, Phat Dat has affirmed its position among the top prestigious brands in Vietnam’s real estate industry. Impressive achievements are exhibited through outstanding business growth, increasing market capitalization, as well as the recognition of rating agencies and large investment funds at home and abroad.

In the hospitality real estate business, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation – the Investor, launched CADIA Quy Nhon (No. 1 Ngo May Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh) in September 2022. This is a commercial complex of beachfront hotel and condotel of international standard right in the city’s central square. The project has partnered with international firms, including Centara Hotels & Resorts – famous Thai hotel management and operation brand, GSA – Australia’s leading architectural firm, Meinhardt – a construction consultancy from Singapore, and Red Design – an Australian design company.

Additionally, Phat Dat plays a practical role in humanitarian activities, demonstrating the Corporation’s social responsibility. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Phat Dat donated over VND 18 billion to the vaccine fund, medical equipment, medical staff donations, food sponsorship for severely affected areas, etc. In 2022, the enterprise also maintains its support to localities through programs such as sponsoring houses for needy people in Duc Pho District (Quang Ngai) and the Valedictorian Scholarship of Tien Phong Newspaper.
