Pre-qualification results of the finalists to join the architectural design competition for the commercial apartment & hotel project at No. 223-225 Tran Phu, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
On 24th October 2022, Bac Cuong Investment JSC announced the pre-qualification results of three finalists to join the final round of the architectural design competition for the commercial apartment & hotel project at No. 223-225 Tran Phu, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
The competition was launched on 18th October 2022 exclusively for local and international design consulting organizations and individuals. The contest aims to select optimal planning and architectural design as a basis for the next steps. The Organizing Committee received many credentials from the participating units and conducted the appraisal process.
After shortlisting profiles that satisfy the strict selection criteria of the competition and considering evaluations from the professional council, Bac Cuong Investment JSC selected 03 contestants for the design round.
The three finalists are:
1. Consortium of Atkins China Ltd and Vertical Studio Construction Design Consultant Co., Ltd
2. Vietnam A2b Construction Design Corporation
3. Tin An Construction Consulting Company
Three contestants will undergo the designing round according to the tasks and schedule specified in the competition regulations. The designing works must be submitted no later than 16:00 on 9th November 2022 at 294/38 Dien Bien Phu, Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City.
