Astral City is eligible to sell off-plan properties
The Construction Department of Binh Duong Province has just issued a written notice of eligibility to raise capital by selling off-plan properties of the Binh Duong I & II Commercial & High-end Apartment Complex, known as Astral City.
On July 24, 2023, the Construction Department of Binh Duong Province issued documents No. 2657/SXD-QLN and No. 2658/SXD-QLN, granting capital mobilization by selling off-plan apartments of the Binh Duong I & II Commercial & High-end Apartment Complex.

Previously, on July 12, 2023, the Construction Department of Binh Duong Province received Document No. 16/2023/SGKL-PTDA1 submitted by Saigon-KL Real Estate JSC confirming eligibility to sell off-plan properties of the Binh Duong I & II Commercial & High-end Apartment Complex. After reviewing the documents, the Construction Department issued the notice announcing the eligibility to sell off-plan properties as regulated.
Astral City is a project developed by Saigon-KL Real Estate JSC, a subsidiary of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation. On June 22, 2022, the Board of Phat Dat Corporation approved the transfer of all 99.86% of charter capital at Saigon-KL. By the second quarter of 2023, Phat Dat has completed this transfer.
