Phat Dat pays attention to career-oriented activities and seeks potential talent for the corporation
On April 6, 2024, a representative from Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation participated in a career-focused seminar titled “Does Gen Z Shy Away from Challenges?” held at HCMC University of Technology (HUTECH). The aim was to enlighten students about the current job market and the essential skills required for the younger generation, Gen Z.
The seminar garnered attendance from numerous students majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, alongside department heads, educators, and specially invited guests from the human resources departments of various companies in HCMC.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tham, HR Director at Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, delivered a keynote address at the seminar.
As a panelist of the seminar, Ms. Tham – HR Director at Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, shared valuable insights regarding the current job market, employment opportunities, and recruitment needs. She emphasized the importance of developing personal skills such as emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork to succeed in today’s dynamic work environment.
Reflecting on Phat Dat’s journey of workforce development amidst recent challenges, Ms. Tham stated, “Despite facing various challenges, the Company has managed to retain its core workforce and has encouraged the team to work multitasking with proactive and creative spirits. As the Company transitions into a recovery phase, Phat Dat is equipped with resources aligned with its development strategy for the new phase.”
Students from the HCMC University of Technology (HUTECH) had the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals during the seminar.
As a result of these efforts, Phat Dat was honored as the 26th place in the Top 100 “Employers of Choice” by CareerViet and Amco Vietnam in 2023. Prior to this, Phat Dat was recognized in the Top 100 Vietnam’s Best Places to Work in 2022 by Anphabe – a pioneering consulting firm in Asia for human resources and employer branding solutions. Specifically, Phat Dat ranked 7th in the Top 10 best workplaces in the real estate sector.
The career-oriented seminar titled “Does Gen Z Shy Away from Challenges?” served as a platform for knowledge exchange and provided an opportunity for students to learn from experienced industry professionals.
