Phat Dat honored as Top 10 Property Developers for 4 consecutive years

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) has been recognized in the Top 10 Property Developers 2024. This marks the 4th consecutive year, since 2021, that Phat Dat has received this award.

On April 24, 2024, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam Report JSC officially unveiled the Top 10 Property Developers for 2024.

Mr. Truong Ngoc Dung, Executive Vice President of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, received the award for Top 10 Property Developers in 2024. 

The ranking aims to acknowledge and commend leading real estate enterprises that have been diligently striving to achieve numerous accomplishments in providing customer-centered products, cultivating an impressive image among the public and investors, and showcasing robust resilience with stable financial capabilities when confronted with market challenges.

Aligned with the 2024 directive of “Ready for new opportunities”, Phat Dat will concentrate on launching sales of 4 to 6 projects on prime locations to generate swift cash flow, finalizing legal procedures for projects, and actively pursuing investment opportunities in new land banks. The revenue target for 2024 is anticipated to reach VND 2,982 billion, with a projected pre-tax profit of VND 1,155 billion and an estimated after-tax profit of VND 880 billion.
