Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area Receives Official Land Price Approval from Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee

On September 23, 2024, the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee officially approved the land price for Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area, developed by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR). This approval marks a significant milestone in the project’s legal process.

According to Decision No. 3322/QD-UBND, the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee approved the specific land price for phase-1 land, covering an area of nearly 21.3 hectares. This area includes residential land, public facilities, and technical infrastructure such as green spaces, parks, and roads.

Throughout the legal process, PDR’s team has closely collaborated with local authorities to ensure full compliance with all legal regulations. This approval not only demonstrates PDR’s capability in developing large-scale real estate projects but also highlights the company’s pioneering role in the real estate sector in Binh Dinh and across the country.

Currently, PDR is accelerating the construction, aiming at completion and sales launch as soon as possible. Key components such as land leveling, construction of infrastructure, roads, and shop-houses are being completed on or ahead of schedule.

Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area spans 43.16 hectares and is strategically located along National Highway 19, a key route connecting Phu Cat Airport to Quy Nhon city center. The project boasts a modern, multifunctional design, maximizing the advantage of its 2.5 km riverfront along the Ha Thanh River.

PDR is also working with banks to offer attractive payment plans to customers, preparing for the sales launch in October 2024. The project will introduce 1,422 products to the market, promising to generate substantial financial returns for PDR starting from the fourth quarter of 2024 and in the years ahead.

With its prime location, individual land titles, and long-term ownership, Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area is expected to attract a large number of buyers interested in living, business, or investment opportunities. In the current context of a booming yet increasingly scarce urban land market, the project is set to become a focal point of attention in the Central region in the near future.
