Bac Ha Thanh residential project receives Land Use Certificate

After completing all relevant financial obligations, on November 7, 2024, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) officially granted the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Home Ownership, and other Assets Attached to Land for phase-1 land in Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area. This milestone marks a critical legal advancement, signifying that Bac Ha Thanh is ready to move into the commercial phase.

Bac Ha Thanh – The first model riverside residential area in Binh Dinh

On November 8, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province also issued Document No. 9009/UBND-KT, approving the zoning for areas designated for residential construction for business purposes and areas eligible for land-use transfer via plot subdivisions, allowing individuals to build homes at Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area.

The Certificate of Land Use Rights, Home Ownership, and Other Assets Attached to Land for the entire area of Phase 1 is a major milestone, signaling that Bac Ha Thanh Urban Area has completed all legal requirements and is fully prepared for upcoming business activities.

At the construction site, work continues at a rapid pace. Nearly 100% of the construction plans for Phase 1 are now complete, with all conditions met for inspection, positioning the project for its initial sales phase.

Infrastructure construction of Bac Ha Thanh is expected to be completed by November 2024.

Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area is planned as a central urban hub for the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions. The project aims to create an eco-urban area combining residential and resort living, providing a modern, convenient, and ideal living environment. The project will introduce 1,422 high-value units, offering excellent investment potential for customers.
