Quang Ngai Provincial Leaders Meet with Phat Dat Group Executives

As part of the “Quang Ngai Entrepreneurs and Friends Day” event in Ho Chi Minh City, a delegation from Quang Ngai Province met with the leadership of Phat Dat Group.

On the morning of October 26, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyen Cao Phuc; Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Department and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thanh An, along with several provincial leaders and representatives, visited Phat Dat Group in Ho Chi Minh City.

During the meeting, Phat Dat Group representatives provided updates on the Group’s business activities in recent years and the first ten months of 2024. Despite economic challenges, especially in the real estate sector, Phat Dat has maintained stability and overcome the crisis by implementing effective strategies. The Company’s business activities have now fully recovered, showing positive growth and strong momentum.

The meeting between the provincial leaders and Phat Dat Group

Phat Dat Group is currently focused on developing real estate and infrastructure projects in economic zones and industrial zones across several provinces and cities, from Da Nang southward. Notably, in Da Nang, Phat Dat is advancing multiple large-scale projects in prime locations, with a central city project slated for launch in early 2025. In Binh Dinh, the group has seen significant success with several major real estate projects in prime locations, with a launch expected in November 2024.

In Khanh Hoa Province, Phat Dat is developing a 230-hectare urban area project. Meanwhile, in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, the Group is moving forward with four large projects totaling over 10,000 residential units, including one project in Con Dao. In Dong Thap and Kien Giang provinces, the Group is also investing in urban projects that are expected to be completed within a few years.

Phat Dat’s primary business strategy focuses on Binh Duong Province, where it plans to deliver around 10,000 housing units. By the end of the year, the Group intends to launch two major projects with approximately 7,000 units, which is anticipated to generate substantial revenue.

In Quang Ngai, building on the success of two previous real estate projects in the center of Quang Ngai City, Phat Dat is investing in two high-end real estate projects in Mo Duc District and Binh Chau Commune (Binh Son). Additionally, the group is advancing an infrastructure project in the Dung Quat Economic Zone.
