PDR SIGNS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND ORGANIZES PRODUCT SELECTION EVENT FOR QUY NHON ICONIC

HCMC, December 3, 2024 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) hosted a strategic partnership signing ceremony with key partners, including Big Four, Realty Holdings, and the G.Empire – Mai Viet Land consortium. The Company also held a product selection event for Phase 1 of Quy Nhon Iconic, targeting strategic partners and customers.

Strategic Collaboration with Leading Partners

Big Four Real Estate Investment and Strategic Advisory will oversee business strategy, marketing, and branding for three key projects: Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complexes (Binh Duong); Poulo Condor Resort Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau); Serenity Phuoc Hai Resort Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau). With an experienced team, Big Four offers comprehensive solutions, including strategy development, implementation monitoring, pricing strategies, and sales policy consulting to maximize project performance.

Realty Holdings is responsible for business strategy, marketing, and branding for Quy Nhon Iconic in Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area (Binh Dinh). The project has already completed legal formalities and construction milestones. With a prime location and comprehensive planning, Quy Nhon Iconic caters to local residential and commercial needs while attracting domestic and international investors.

The G.Empire Group – Mai Viet Land consortium handles exclusive distribution and marketing for two major projects: Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex (Da Nang) and Q1 Tower at No. 1 Ngo May Street (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh). With profound experience, a professional consulting team, and an extensive client network, the consortium in collaboration with PDR is poised to bring fresh momentum to the Central Vietnam market.

Phase 1 Product Selection for Quy Nhon Iconic

On the same day, PDR organized the product selection event for Phase 1 of Quy Nhon Iconic for strategic partners and potential customers.


During the event, all 181 products in the initial inventory were registered and randomly selected by strategic partners and customers, ensuring fairness and transparency. Notably, even after the selection process, many attendees expressed a desire to register for additional product selection rights.

Spanning 43.16 hectares along National Route 19 – a key arterial road connecting Phu Cat Airport and Quy Nhon City Center, Quy Nhon Iconic offers 1,422 modernly designed land plots, villas, and shop-houses emphasizing ecological features, with the advantageous 2.5 km of river frontage along the Ha Thanh River. The project is planned with a focus on sustainable urban development, providing both residential and investment opportunities with long-term growth potential.

With its unique advantages and favorable market potential, PDR anticipates strong business results from Quy Nhon Iconic in Q4 2024, contributing significantly to the company’s year-end business targets.
