With the target of “transforming to lead,” Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has officially announced a strategic partnership with three major partners: Big Four, Realty Holdings, and the G.Empire Group – Mai Viet Land consortium. This strategic move is expected to generate substantial revenue for PDR, optimize business distribution channels, and achieve the sale of all products of six projects during the 2024-2027 period.

During its Q3 2024 Analyst Meeting, PDR’s leadership shared key updates on ongoing projects and its revenue goals for the 2024-2027 period. The company highlighted six major projects set for continuous development through 2027. These projects are Quy Nhon Iconic (Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area) in Binh Dinh (41.16 ha), Q1 Tower (Ngo May Street, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, 5.47 ha), Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complexes in Binh Duong (4.46 ha), Poulo Condor Resort Complex in Con Dao, Ba Ria – Vung Tau (21.21 ha), Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex in Da Nang (7.62 ha), and Serenity Phuoc Hai Resort Complex in Ba Ria – Vung Tau (19.45 ha). These projects are projected to generate an estimated revenue of VND 50,000 billion during the targeted period.

Big Four Real Estate Investment and Strategic Advisory will oversee business strategy, marketing, and branding for three key projects: Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complexes (Binh Duong); Poulo Condor Resort Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau); Serenity Phuoc Hai Resort Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau). The G.Empire Group – Mai Viet Land consortium handles exclusive distribution and marketing for two major projects: Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex (Da Nang) and Q1 Tower at No. 1 Ngo May Street (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh).
