G.Empire Group and Mai Viet Land Secure Exclusive Rights to Market and Distribute Phat Dat’s Major Projects in Da Nang and Binh Dinh

On December 3, 2024, in HCMC, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the consortium of G.Empire Group and Mai Viet Land. Under the agreement, this alliance will exclusively market and distribute two of Phat Dat’s key projects: Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex in Da Nang and Q1 Tower in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh. This event marks a milestone in the collaboration between the two parties and heralds new development prospects for the central Vietnam real estate market.

G.Empire Group and Mai Viet Land have established a strong presence through premium projects such as The Manor Central Park, Solasta Mansion, and, more recently, Peninsula Da Nang. Backed by extensive experience and a team of professional consultants, this consortium achieved over VND 250 billion in revenue from the Peninsula project within the first two months, solidifying their capability in the northern and central markets.

Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex in Da Nang and Q1 Tower in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, are pivotal in this strategy. Both projects boast modern designs and prime locations, expected to attract significant interest from customers and investors. Located on Nhu Nguyet Street, Da Nang, Nhu Nguyet Commercial and Service Complex spans 7.62 hectares and integrates high-end commercial and service amenities. Q1 Tower, positioned at 01 Ngo May Street in downtown Quy Nhon, covers 5.47ha and is set to become a new symbol of resort real estate in Binh Dinh.

In addition to the aforementioned projects, Phat Dat is set to launch several other major developments, including Quy Nhon Iconic (Binh Dinh), Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complex (Binh Duong), Poulo Condor Resort Complex (Con Dao), and Serenity Phuoc Hai Commercial and Service Complex (Ba Ria–Vung Tau).
