New Year, New Beginnings: Phat Dat Kicks Off the Year of the Snake

On the morning of February 3, 2025, at the headquarters of Phat Dat Group, located at 39 Pham Ngoc Thach, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Phat Dat Group held a meaningful New Year gathering to welcome the Year of the Snake with the participation of staff from its member companies.

This is one of the traditional cultural activities of Phat Dat, held at the beginning of each Lunar New Year. The meeting not only welcomed all members of the big family back to work after a long Tet holiday, but it also served as an opportunity for reunion to strengthen unity, bonding, and reinforce the collective determination to strive for a year full of challenges and opportunities.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Chairman Nguyen Van Dat extended his best wishes to all staff, hoping for a year filled with health and success.

Representatives of the leadership teams from member companies also conveyed their New Year greetings, wishing prosperity, good health, and good luck to the Chairman and all employees.

In the period from 2025 to 2027, Phat Dat will implement at least six large-scale projects, including: Quy Nhon Iconic Project (Binh Dinh), Thuan An 1&2 High-rise Residential Complex (Binh Duong), Ngo May Quy Nhon Commercial and Service Complex (Q1 Tower), Serenity Phuoc Hai Commercial and Service Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), and Poulo Condor Resort Complex (Ba Ria – Vung Tau). These projects are expected to generate impressive revenues of up to 50,000 billion VND and further solidify Phat Dat’s position in the domestic real estate market.
