Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area Project Granted Phase 2 Construction Permit

On October 9, 2024, the Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Construction issued a construction permit for Phase 2, covering over 16.9 hectares, of Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area, developed by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR).

 Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area is located along National Highway 19 in Binh Dinh Province.

According to Construction Permit No. 15/GPXD, PDR is authorized to build technical infrastructure on 11,372.3 square meters of land, granted under Decision No. 2291/QD-UBND on June 27, 2024, and another 157,741.29 square meters of land, granted under Decision No. 2889/QD-UBND on August 13, 2024 by Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee for the Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area; and to construct a reinforced retaining wall of Phase-1 land granted under Decision No. 3419/QD-UBND on September 15, 2023.

 The project’s Phase 1 has completed nearly 100% of the land leveling

On September 23, 2024, Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee approved the land pricing to calculate land use fees and rental payments for Phase 1 of Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area. This phase covers approximately 21.3 hectares, which includes residential land, public facilities, and technical infrastructure such as green spaces, parks, and roads.

At the site, contractors are working tirelessly to accelerate construction progress, mobilizing equipment, machinery, and personnel to meet and exceed the planned schedule. As of now, Phase 1 has completed nearly 100% of the land leveling, more than 70% of the technical infrastructure, and over 85% of the construction of shop-houses.

 Shop-houses have reached over 85% completion.

Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area spans 43.16 hectares and is designed in a modern style, maximizing its prime location along 2.5 kilometers of the Ha Thanh River. The project is expected to significantly enhance the local urban landscape, offering high-quality products that meet market demand. It aims to become a model modern residential area while generating substantial financial returns for Phat Dat in 2024 and beyond.
