Binh Duong Issues Construction Permit for Thuan An 2 High-Rise Residential Complex

The Department of Construction of Binh Duong Province has recently issued the Phase 1 Construction Permit for the Thuan An 2 High-Rise Residential Complex located in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

Thuan An 2 High-rise Residential Complex is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

Situated on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Thuan An 2 High-Rise Residential Complex will be developed by Hoa Phu Building Investment and Development Real Estate JSC. Construction Permit No. 2056/GPXD was issued on July 2, 2024.

The permit allows the developer to commence construction of the foundation, piles, and perimeter walls for Thuan An 2 High-Rise Residential Complex. Specifically, this includes the piles for towers B1, B2, and B3; the foundation and perimeter walls of towers B1, B2, and B3; and the foundation of the low-rise C1 and C2.

Covering an area of approximately 2.65 hectares, Thuan An 2 will feature 39 floors and up to 4 basements, offering around 3,270 apartments and 16 townhouses, catering to nearly 4,000 residents.

This project is part of a 4.46-hectare complex that includes Thuan An 1 and Thuan An 2 high-rise residential complexes. It occupies a strategic location in the central development area of Thuan An City, connecting Binh Duong Boulevard, Phu Loi Street, and My Phuoc – Tan Van Road.

Previously, on April 9, 2024, the Department of Construction of Binh Duong Province issued Construction Permit No. 1077/GPXD, enabling Thien Long Tower Investment and Development Real Estate JSC to initiate Phase 2 of Thuan An 1 High-Rise Residential Complex.

The Thuan An 1 & Thuan An 2 High-Rise Residential Complex is one of four key projects prioritized by Phat Dat for intensive sales deployment in 2024.
