Bac Ha Thanh project by Phat Dat granted a construction permit

Immediately after receiving the land allocation decision, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE) obtained a construction permit for its project in Bac Ha Thanh from Binh Dinh Department of Construction.

On October 17, 2023, Binh Dinh Department of Construction issued construction permit No. 08/GPXD for the Bac Ha Thanh residential and urban renovation project by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation.

Previously, on September 15, 2023, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province decided to allocate 212,922 m2 of land to Phat Dat for the project.

With the granted construction permit, Phat Dat will be allowed to construct public works and infrastructure (greenery, parks, transportation) within the area of 114,292.2 m2 (the allocated land without land use fees).

This is the starting point for Phat Dat to commence construction and development of the large-scale urban project in Bac Ha Thanh. The project covers over 43.16 hectares, with an investment of approximately VND 2,343 billion. It is envisioned as a modern, urban area with numerous utilities to serve the residents.

Recently, Phat Dat has been among the few investors continuously receiving positive legal advancements for their projects. In such a challenging real estate market, completing project legal procedures demonstrates the competence and credibility of the investor.

Information from Phat Dat reveals that it will promptly implement the permitted components in the Bac Ha Thanh project and will soon launch the project to the market. This project is a key focus of Phat Dat in Binh Dinh and holds the promise of substantial revenue in 2024.
