PDR completes financial obligations for Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area

On November 1, 2024, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) received official confirmation from Binh Dinh’s provincial tax authorities on the completion of its financial obligations for Phase 1 of the Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area project.

Specifically, according to Notice No. 2167/TB-CCTKV dated November 1, 2024, from the Tuy Phuoc – Van Canh Tax Department in Binh Dinh, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has fulfilled all land-related financial requirements for the project’s first phase.

Earlier, under Decision No. 3322/QD-UBND, the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee approved the specific land pricing for calculating land-use and rental fees for Phase 1 of Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area. This phase spans approximately 21.3 hectares, encompassing residential land, public facilities, and technical infrastructure such as parks, green spaces, and roadways. Additionally, PDR was allocated a second round of land in October and has now secured 90% of the project’s total area.

 

Alongside securing financial resources, PDR has closely collaborated with relevant authorities to expedite further legal procedures. Consequently, in just over a month, Bac Ha Thanh has become the first project in Binh Dinh to fully meet its financial obligations, setting the stage for commercial and sales activities.

Infrastructure for Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area is now nearly 90% complete.

 

With 2.5 km of riverside along the Ha Thanh River, Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area spans 43.16 hectares and is designed as an eco-urban community with extensive green spaces. The project is thoughtfully integrated with natural landscapes, emphasizing local cultural elements while aligning with global trends in urban development. Phat Dat aims to introduce 1,422 high-value properties, promising strong residential and investment returns for its customers.

 

Currently, the technical infrastructure for Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area is close to 90% completion, with several components within 92 shophouses reaching 100% completion. Land preparation for Phase 2 is also progressing at an accelerated pace, with all on-site activities operating in a “three-shift, four-crew” rotation to ensure readiness for sales in Q4 of this year.

Additionally, Phat Dat is preparing to launch several flagship real estate projects, including the Thuan An 1 & 2 High-rise Residential Complex (Binh Duong), Cadia Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Poulo Condor (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), Serenity Phuoc Hai (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), and Han Riverside (Da Nang). Phat Dat anticipates generating up to VND 50 trillion (USD 2 billion) in revenue from now through 2027.
