PDR Published its Q2/2026 Financial Statements
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has published its consolidated financial statements for Q2/2026, reporting its financial position and business performance for the period.
In Q2/2026, PDR recorded over VND 527.9 billion in total income, comprising net revenue from sales and service provision, financial income, and others.
Profit before tax exceeded VND 114.7 billion, while profit after tax reached more than VND 80.4 billion, representing a 24% increase from VND 64.8 billion in Q2/2025.
As of June 30, 2026, PDR’s consolidated total assets stood at VND 28.607 trillion. Notably, cash and cash equivalents reached VND 1.6658 trillion, up 343% from VND 375.9 billion as of December 31, 2025.
The Company’s equity stood at more than VND 12.609 trillion at the end of the period.
