Phat Dat Supports Scientific Seminar on "New Hoa Vang Urban Area – Vision and Challenges"

On May 31, 2024, in Da Nang City, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) participated in the scientific seminar titled “New Hoa Vang Urban Area – Vision and Challenges.” This important seminar aimed to guide the development of Hoa Vang into a unique satellite and ecological urban area for Da Nang City.

Recognizing the economic potential and development prospects of Hoa Vang District, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation sponsored the seminar in companionship with Da Nang’s Urban Planning and Development Association.

The seminar aimed to generate strategic proposals to help Hoa Vang quickly achieve its goal of becoming a hub for high-tech industries, IT, logistics, eco-tourism services, and high-quality agriculture, thereby enhancing the quality of life for the locals.

Hoa Vang holds a strategically important position in terms of socioeconomic and defense and security for Da Nang City; it accounts for 75% of the city’s total land area. According to the development plan, the city aims to upgrade Hoa Vang district to township status soon, making it a multi-sector administrative-economic center and a gateway connecting with the northwestern districts of Quảng Nam province and the Central Highland.
