Phat Dat wins TOP50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) was honored with TOP50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022 (TOP50 CSA). The award aims to honor enterprises with efficient operations and sustainable development.
On 10th August 2022, the Announcement Ceremony of “TOP50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022” took place at the Reunification Hall (HCMC). Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation was honored among the winners in the category of listed enterprises.

“TOP50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022” is assessed based on the following criteria: stable growth, corporate culture, corporate governance, environmental stewardship and social responsibility. The award is responsive to Decision No. 167/QD-TTg, and it aims to propagate the trend of sustainable development throughout the business community and Vietnamese society.
In the past 18 years, Phat Dat has been establishing a solid position in the market and entered the group of leading enterprises in the real estate industry as well as on the stock market. By 2021, PDR’s market capitalization reached over $2.1 billion. The enterprise’s prestige also widely exerts its influence among investors, customers and the community. In pursuit of sustainable development, Phat Dat has demonstrated its strong foundation and outstanding capabilities when constantly growing and making breakthroughs with a proactive spirit.
Phat Dat’s pre-tax profit gradually increased from VND 1,105bn in 2019 to VND 1,540bn in 2020 and reached VND 2,344bn in 2021. In 2022, PDR commits to a pre-tax profit of VND 3,635bn, which is included in the accumulating pre-tax profit target of VND 14,270bn in 2019-2023.
Phat Dat is pursuing sustainable development and aiming for sustainable real estate. In addition to efficient implementation, requirements for property development also include green standards. Each real estate project must positively contribute to the community’s growth and optimize practical and aesthetic aspects while meeting the changing demands of inhabitants in the present and in the future.
