Ban Lãnh đạo Phát Đạt không liên quan đến các hoạt động thao túng giá chứng khoán
Ngày 21 tháng 3 năm 2025, Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước ban hành Quyết định số 55/QĐ-XPHC về việc xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với hai cá nhân do các hành vi thao túng giá chứng khoán trong giai đoạn từ ngày 15/08/2022 đến ngày 09/12/2022. Dựa trên các kết luận của Quyết định, Ban Lãnh đạo Phát Đạt không có liên quan gì tới các hoạt động này.
Hiện tại, các hoạt động kinh doanh của Phát Đạt vẫn đang diễn ra theo đúng kế hoạch.
Dự kiến trong giai đoạn từ nay đến năm 2027, Phát Đạt sẽ triển khai ít nhất 6 dự án lớn, bao gồm

- Khu Nhà ở Phức hợp Cao tầng Thuận An 1 & 2 (Bình Dương)
- Dự án căn hộ cao cấp Q1 Tower (Ngô Mây, Quy Nhơn)
- Dự án Khu phức hợp Thương mại dịch vụ Như Nguyệt (Đà Nẵng)
- Dự án Khu phức hợp nghỉ dưỡng tại Côn Đảo (Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu)
- Dự án căn hộ cao cấp Serenity Phước Hải (Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu.
