BOD Chairman Nguyen Van Dat Registers to Purchase 20 Million PDR Shares
On July 28, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) announced a share transaction by an internal person, Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

According to the announcement, Chairman Nguyen Van Dat has registered to purchase 20,000,000 PDR shares via the order-matching method. The transaction is expected to occur from July 31, 2026 to August 29, 2026.
The purpose of the transaction is to restructure the investment portfolio. Upon completion of the transaction, Mr. Nguyen Van Dat will hold 294,757,246 PDR shares, representing 29.54% of the Company's charter capital.
