Ngày 28/07/2026, Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (PDR: HOSE) công bố thông tin về giao dịch cổ phiếu của người nội bộ - Ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Chủ tịch HĐQT.

Theo thông báo, Chủ tịch Nguyễn Văn Đạt đăng ký mua 20.000.000 cổ phiếu PDR theo phương thức khớp lệnh.
Thời gian dự kiến thực hiện giao dịch từ 31/07/2026 đến 29/08/2026. Mục đích thực hiện giao dịch là cơ cấu lại danh mục đầu tư. Sau khi hoàn tất giao dịch, số lượng cổ phiếu dự kiến nắm giữ của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt là 294.757.246 cổ phiếu, tương ứng 29,54% vốn điều lệ Công ty.
