Dự án Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem hoàn tất nghĩa vụ tài chính về đất đai
Công ty TNHH Lotte Properties HCMC đã hoàn tất thanh toán tiền sử dụng đất của Dự án Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem vào ngày 31/7/2026, với tổng số tiền đã nộp là 17.569 tỷ đồng. Việc hoàn thành nghĩa vụ tài chính về đất đai đánh dấu một cột mốc quan trọng của dự án, đồng thời tạo nền tảng pháp lý vững chắc để dự án bước vào giai đoạn triển khai tiếp theo.
Theo đó, Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (PDR: HOSE) cùng Công ty TNHH Lotte Properties HCMC tích cực thúc đẩy và triển khai nhanh công tác xây dựng và phát triển dự án.
