PDR RELEASES REVIEWED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 1H2026: PROFIT SURGES 88.7%

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has officially released its reviewed consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2026, covering the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. 

In the first half of 2026, PDR's consolidated post-tax profit reached VND 218 billion, representing an 88.7% increase from VND 115.5 billion in the same period last year. Post-tax profit attributable to the parent company reached over VND 212.9 billion, up 84.3% y-o-y.

PDR's total consolidated revenue and other income exceeded VND 1,539.5 billion, comprising net revenue from sales and services, financial income, and other income.

The Company's consolidated profit before tax for the first half of 2026 exceeded VND 504.7 billion, more than tripling from VND 165.1 billion in the same period last year.

Regarding its financial position as of June 30, 2026, PDR's consolidated total assets exceeded VND 28,607 billion. Notably, cash and cash equivalents reached more than VND 1,665.8 billion, a 4.4-fold increase from VND 375.9 billion as of Dec 31, 2025.

The Company's total equity stood at more than VND 12,609 billion at the end of the reporting period.
