Phat Dat introduces a 39-story residential project in South Quy Nhon
Phat Dat introduces Q'Terra, a 39-story beachfront tourist apartment tower in the heart of Nam Quy Nhon ward, Gia Lai province, targeting the accommodation needs of the area.
On the morning of October 2nd, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR) held an event in Hanoi to introduce the Q'Terra project. This is a tourist apartment project developed by the company in Nam Quy Nhon ward, Gia Lai province, with a focus on combining a central location, architecture inspired by local culture, and accommodation services according to international standards.
Q'Terra is a 39-story building comprising 864 tourist apartments with sizes ranging from 32 m2 to 77.6 m2. These include studio apartments of 32-38 m2, one-bedroom apartments of 52.7 m2, and two-bedroom apartments of 72.1-77.6 m2. Flexible handover options are available to suit the accommodation needs of individuals, couples, and families. According to the developer, the project is eligible for signing tourist apartment sales contracts.

One of the key factors that Phat Dat emphasizes at Q'Terra is its central location in Quy Nhon. The project is situated at 1 Ngo May Street, Nam Quy Nhon Ward, at the intersection of Ngo May, An Duong Vuong, Dien Hong, Nguyen Tat Thanh, and Xuan Dieu streets.
From Q'Terra, visitors can walk across the road to reach the Ghenh Rang - Tien Sa beach strip, and also connect to Nguyen Tat Thanh Square and Quy Nhon Square. Several destinations such as Bai Trung Beach, Ly Nhon fishing village, Eo Gió, and Ky Co are within a 15-30 minute drive.
The central location also influenced the way the developer conceived the project. Instead of simply exploiting the advantages of the seaside landscape, Q'Terra drew inspiration from Cham Pa culture, a part of the heritage of the former Binh Dinh region, to create a distinctive architectural style.
The Cham tower system, sculpture, and distinctive lines and patterns have been refined and incorporated into contemporary architectural language. The name Q'Terra is also derived from the story of the land, with "Q" reminiscent of Quy Nhon, and "Terra" in Latin meaning earth, evoking motherland and origins.

This idea continues into the interior space. Cham H'Roi patterns and terracotta hues, the color of terracotta, are used as identifying details, combined with contemporary materials and design.
Alongside Q'Terra is the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The two buildings form a pair of towers in the heart of Quy Nhon, with the hotel boasting an international accommodation brand, while Q'Terra capitalizes on local characteristics.
The interior spaces of Q'Terra are fully furnished and integrate resort amenities and management and operation services. According to a representative from Phat Dat, this approach stems from identifying the unique values of Quy Nhon to incorporate into the product.
"In developing Q'Terra, we didn't start with the question 'what is there to do?', but rather what highlights we need to preserve and enhance. With Q'Terra, the goal is not only to meet accommodation needs, but also to allow visitors to Quy Nhon to better feel the spirit of the land, the local culture, and the pride of the Nẫu region in every experience," a representative from Phat Dat shared.
To implement the project, Phat Dat announced a network of partners involved in various stages. The Big Four are providing strategic consulting and implementation, CBRE is responsible for international operational management, and MB Bank is the financing bank and partner for the project. The developer also signed agreements with 48 distribution agents to bring Q'Terra to market.

For Phat Dat, Q'Terra is part of the real estate portfolio that the company is developing in many localities. The company stated that the brand is present in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong (formerly), Ba Ria - Vung Tau (formerly), Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Da Nang... with products ranging from residential to tourism and resort properties.
"With Q'Terra, we continue to pursue this selective approach, with a meticulously developed product and a system of partners who share the same quality standards," emphasized a representative from the developer, Phat Dat.
After more than two decades of operation, Phat Dat announced that the company continues to expand its project portfolio and is heading towards a new phase of development. In 2026, the company was recognized with several awards such as Top 10 Outstanding Brands in Asia-Pacific, Top Strong National Brands, and Top 10 Reputable Real Estate Developers.
