Tại Hội nghị, Giám đốc Quản lý tòa nhà The EverRich I đã báo cáo tình hình trong năm 2011 và Kế hoạch quản lý của Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà trong nhiệm kỳ mới. Đại diện Ban Quản lý tòa nhà cũng đã báo cáo kết quả thu chi số tiền phí bảo trì phần sở hữu chung và lấy ý kiến của cư dân về việc thông qua Đề xuất lựa chọn đơn vị quản lý; Bản nội dung quản lý và sử dụng nhà chung cư; Quy chế tổ chức, hoạt động và mức thù lao của Ban quản trị; đồng thời bầu ra Ban quản trị tòa nhà với 9 thành viên.
Hội nghị cũng đã nhận được nhiều ý kiến đóng góp của cư dân để cải thiện công tác quản lý và môi trường sống.
